Speed Camera Lottery

Life is short, and I'd like to pay my respect to these people who continuously strive to change for the better.

Here's a guy who wants to combat speedy drivers and Volks Wagen made it possible for him.
For the ones that go over the speed limit, they will get a ticket and that money will go into the lottery. The law-abiding citizens will get to be in the lottery for a chance to win that money.
